Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services. By booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Corporate & School Bookings
Booking & Payment
- A booking is confirmed once agreed in writing (email or contract).
- An invoice will be issued prior to the session.
- Payment terms will be agreed in advance (typically within 7–14 days of invoice unless otherwise stated).
Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellations made with more than 14 days’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded.
- Cancellations within 7–14 days may incur a partial fee.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the booking may be charged in full.
- Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule where possible.
Delivery & Requirements
- The client is responsible for providing a suitable space for the session (e.g. quiet, safe, appropriate size).
- Any specific requirements (e.g. equipment, timings, group size) should be agreed in advance.
Travel & Expenses
- Travel costs may apply depending on location and will be agreed prior to booking.
Safeguarding & Responsibility (Schools)
- For school bookings, staff remain responsible for student supervision and safeguarding at all times.
- Sessions are delivered in line with safeguarding awareness, but do not replace the school’s safeguarding responsibilities or procedures.
Wellbeing Disclaimer
- Sessions are designed to support wellbeing but are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.
- Clients remain responsible for their own wellbeing and participation.
2. Personal Bookings (1:1 & Group Classes)
Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments are non-refundable.
Packages
- Packages (e.g. blocks of sessions) must be used within an agreed timeframe (recommended within 2–3 months).
- Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Arrival & Late Attendance
- Please arrive on time for your session.
- Late arrival may result in a shorter session, and the full fee will still apply.
Wellbeing Disclaimer
- All sessions are intended to support general wellbeing.
- They do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
- You are responsible for informing me of any relevant health conditions prior to your session.
3. Sound Bath Classes & Private Group Bookings
Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required in advance for all classes and private group sessions.
Cancellations (Classes)
- Class bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date with sufficient notice (minimum 24 hours where possible).
Private Group Bookings
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
- Final payment terms will be agreed in advance.
- Cancellations within 7 days may be charged in full.
Health & Suitability
Sound baths may not be suitable for everyone. Please check before booking if you:
- Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
- Have epilepsy or sound sensitivity conditions
- Have severe mental health conditions
- Have any medical implants or conditions affected by sound/vibration If unsure, please seekmedical advice before attending.
Personal Responsibility
- You participate at your own discretion and are responsible for your own wellbeing during sessions.
- You are free to leave or adjust your position at any time during a session.
4. General
Confidentiality
- All personal information shared during sessions is treated confidentially.
Right to Refuse Service
- I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a booking if it is not appropriate or safe to proceed.
Changes to Services
- Services and pricing may be updated at any time.
