Education Services
Who am I?
What do I do?
Where do I operate?
With experience in secondary education and as part of a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) team, I understand safeguarding responsibilities, pastoral systems, and the pressures faced across school environments.
Schools, colleges, and universities are navigating constant change and growing demands on students, educators, and staff. Supporting wellbeing within education is no longer an optional extra, it is an important part of creating environments where people can focus, learn effectively, and sustain their energy over time.
I provide specialist wellbeing support for schools, working with both students and staff to improve mental health, emotional wellbeing, and overall school culture.
My approach brings the depth and care of personal wellbeing work into educational settings, thoughtfully adapted to suit students, teachers, and wider staff teams in a way that feels appropriate, supportive, and accessible.
How I Support Education Institutions
Services for schools, colleges, and universities are tailored to the needs of your students, staff, and wider learning environment. Delivery options include:
- Wellbeing days and on-site wellbeing events
- Student sessions focused on stress management, emotional regulation, and resilience
- Workshops and presentations on burnout prevention, academic pressure, and mental wellbeing
- Staff sessions that support communication, connection, and sustainable workloads
- 1:1 wellbeing support for students or staff
- Restorative sound bath experiences for student groups, staff teams, or wellbeing events
Each session is designed to be practical, inclusive, and psychologically safe. The focus is not abstract theory, but meaningful, accessible tools that students and staff can use within their academic and professional lives.
